Athletes Acceleration Video Manager
Connection privacy notice
Version 2026-10-03.1
Purpose
This staff workflow uses YouTube API Services to verify the exact selected channel. After separate Google permission and launch approval, the Carmel workflow can upload an approved video privately, set its approved thumbnail, check processing and publish its approved version at its approved queue turn or chosen time. Connecting a channel does not start publishing. Publishing is currently disabled.
Google permissions
Read-only connection checks use youtube.readonly. The proposed opt-in publishing path also requests youtube.force-ssl. Google describes that permission broadly: it includes reading, editing and permanently deleting videos, ratings, comments and captions. This workflow uses it for video upload, thumbnail setting, status checks and approved visibility changes; its current transport has no video-deletion, comment or rating operation. The Google permission is broader than the operations this workflow exposes.
Information used
Connection checks request channel identifiers and verify app identity and granted permissions. Google supplies access and renewal credentials. Publishing uses the selected source video, thumbnail, title, description and settings, and reads the resulting YouTube video identifier, channel, processing and visibility status. Local workflow records include source fingerprints, working media, analysis/transcripts, draft text and recovery progress. Kraken stores review media, text, approvals, comments, versions and publication/recovery records.
Storage
Connection credentials and sensitive local recovery records use Windows user-profile encryption in the external local store. Software or people controlling that Windows account may use them. Original and used videos remain in the configured local Dropbox-synced folders; working copies remain in the configured local client area. Kraken uses the existing Supabase project for previews and workflow records and Vercel for the portal. The current preview video and thumbnail URLs are public storage links: anyone with a URL can access the corresponding media. Do not submit material requiring private-link authentication to this current workflow. YouTube receives media only through the separately authorized publishing path; Google Gemini may receive source media earlier for authorized analysis. No Google password, Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or analytics permission is requested.
Sharing and assistant services
The connection and publishing tool sends channel and video requests to Google/YouTube. For authorized drafting, source video can be sent to Google Gemini for analysis; saved transcript/activity notes and approved business details can be sent to Anthropic for titles and descriptions. These inputs come from supplied source material, not a download of YouTube content. Kraken/Supabase holds previews and review records, and the existing Resend service delivers authorized review messages. Sanitized reports may appear in Claude or Codex conversations. Credentials must never be included. This workflow does not sell data, serve ads or itself train models; this does not control provider or assistant account retention/training settings.
Retention and responsibility
A weekly check renews authorization. A definitive invalid_grant response from Google during renewal removes the affected local connection. Other errors preserve it. Requested removal and app-initiated revocation require affected local data and associated copies to be removed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, including any affected sibling connections. Revocation through Google Account settings requires removal as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. An offline computer can miss checks; Cody must address overdue checks and incomplete removal or sibling checks within those deadlines. Connection checks do not archive raw Google responses. The drafting workflow preserves encrypted writing response content and analysis/recovery evidence for validation and safe recovery. Under the approved workflow policy, extra preview copies become eligible for verified cleanup 30 days after verified publication, with original/used videos and publication records retained. Automatic preview cleanup is currently disabled; no automatic deletion deadline for those copies is claimed. Local working copies and recovery records are retained until their verified workflow cleanup or operator handling. Request removal through the contact below for workflow data and associated service copies; removing a connection alone does not erase them.
Removal
remove-data deletes one channel’s local records and encrypted temporary remnants, without changing YouTube or Google permission. disconnect also attempts Google revocation after separate confirmation; Google may invalidate other grants for the same identity in this project. An unconfirmed revocation is reported explicitly. Cody is responsible for removing associated copies in assistant conversations and exported logs within the applicable deadlines. Removing local data never deletes a YouTube channel or video. The remove-data command covers connection records only, not Kraken previews, comments, source videos, drafts or publication records. Contact the operator to arrange removal of those records and copies. After revocation or removal, do not resume affected processing until the required authorization and notices are satisfied.
