Terms of use

Updated October 3, 2026.

Authorized use

Athletes Acceleration Video Manager is a staff-operated local tool for checking authorized YouTube channels and, after separate authorization, preparing and publishing approved videos. Use it only for channels you are authorized to manage and only with the organization's permission. It is not a public account-registration service.

Current functionality and launch boundary

This staff workflow uses YouTube API Services to verify the exact selected channel. After separate Google permission and launch approval, the Carmel workflow can upload an approved video privately, set its approved thumbnail, check processing and publish its approved version at its approved queue turn or chosen time. Connecting a channel does not start publishing. Publishing is currently disabled. Google can expire, revoke or restrict access. A successful connection or upload does not establish successful public publication. The operator must verify the actual result.

Google and YouTube

By using this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google rules. Do not use the tool to bypass account, organization or channel restrictions.

Credentials and privacy

Keep client configuration files and saved credentials private. Do not share them in conversations, publish them with source code or use another channel's connection as a substitute. The privacy policy explains how connection data is handled and how to request removal.
